What is it?
Future Firefighters of Presque Isle is a program intended to train the young man or woman in the basic concepts of firefighting before the age of 16 to prepare them for what tasks are expected when they become Junior Firefighters.

Spinney to meet with all students & parents to explain all details of this course.

The above student must be between the ages of 15 -17 or turn 15 before July 2006 & must have an interest in the Fire service & intentions of becoming a local firefighter in Presque Isle or Mapleton.

There will be a small fee to attend this course in order to pay for insurance & only a few items that the students will have to provide.  The Presque Isle Fire Department does not discriminate.  Both young men and women are encouraged to apply.
